To ensure proper usage of our resources, we define the following terms:

(PERSONAL)
PORTFOLIO LICENSE

Permitted uses

  • Allowed Users: 1 Person only.
  • Validity: Perpetual (Indefinite time).
  • Unlimited use in personal & experimental projects.
  • Publishing on personal social media & portfolios (Organic only).
  • Use in academic competitions or student presentations.

Prohibited uses

  • Strictly NO client work or paid jobs.
  • Cannot be used on products intended for sale.
  • No Paid Advertising (Ads) allowed.
(STANDARD)
COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Permitted uses

  • Company Size: Up to 5 Employees.
  • Project Limit: 1 Commercial Project per license.
  • Validity: Perpetual (Indefinite time).
  • Client presentations and deliverables.
  • Showcase on personal websites or self-promotion.
  • Digital Ads: Up to 500,000 impressions.
  • Physical Print: Up to 5,000 promotional copies.
  • Products for Sale: Up to 500 units.
  • Corporate/Client Social Media & Online Stores.

Prohibited uses

  • Selling more than 500 copies (Requires Extended).
  • Using in multiple unrelated projects without buying new licenses.
  • Sharing editable mockup files with clients.
  • Use by companies with more than 5 employees.
(AGENCY)
EXTENDED LICENSE

Permitted uses

  • Company Size: Up to 50 Employees.
  • Project Limit: 1 Commercial Project per license.
  • Validity: Perpetual (Indefinite time).
  • End Products for Sale:Unlimited units (Mass production).
  • Digital Ads: Unlimited paid impressions.
  • Broadcast & OOH: TV, Streaming, Billboards & Transport ads.
  • Collaborations with influencers or affiliates.

Prohibited uses

  • Using the same mockup across multiple unrelated projects.
  • Integration into "On-Demand" platforms (POD) or Apps.
  • Use by companies with more than 50 employees (Contact us).
  • Trademarking the design.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

Please respect our work. The following actions are strictly prohibited in all cases:

  • No Resale or Sharing: You cannot resell, sub-license, share, or redistribute the source files (.PSD), even if modified or offered for free.
  • No Templates: You cannot use our resources to create templates for sale (on Canva, Etsy, Creative Market) or build a competing mockup service.
  • No False Authorship: You cannot claim to be the original author of the mockup. Intellectual property belongs to RECONTRA.
  • No Extraction: You cannot extract isolated elements to sell them separately or create new stock assets.
  • No Trademark: You cannot register the mockup (or its visual design) as part of a logo or registered trademark.
